Hey there! I'm Ashley, a Michigan mama of four, navigating the beautiful chaos of ADHD – not just for me, but for three of my kiddos too! A few years ago, I finally got my own ADHD diagnosis, and suddenly, everything clicked. It's been a wild ride learning to embrace our neurodiversity and find what works for our family.
Now, I'm not a doctor (though I did snag a psychologist as a husband!), but I am a mom who's knee-deep in ADHD strategies, hacks, and hilarious mishaps. This blog is my space to share the good, the bad, and the oh-so-relatable moments of raising a neurodivergent family.
From homework meltdowns to lost keys (it's kind of my thing), we're embracing the chaos and finding ways to thrive. Join me as I share tips, tricks, and stories from the trenches of ADHD parenting. Together, we'll laugh, learn, and conquer this crazy thing called life, one forgotten lunchbox at a time

Our first born, Logan, is 16 and just starting to drive. He loves guitar and collecting Hot wheels, and also has ADHD. Our second born, Parker, is 13. He is a purple belt in karate and loves hanging out with his friends (especially the ladies!). Our third born is 11 and her name is Kaylee. She is in competitive gymnastics-level 4- and also had ADHD. Our fourth child was adopted as an infant (we say he was born in our hearts). His name is Malachi (or Cai Cai), and he is now 8. He is the best helper and rule follower, and loves helping his dad with any project! Although he does not have ADHD, he was born with a moderate brain injury and is neuro-diverse in other ways. They are the coolest kids!

My husband is a pediatric psychologist for kids with severe emotional impairments. I am a stay-at-home mom, but I also babysit 6 kids full-time and run a small dog boarding business in our home. I also have a small travel business where I get to book trips for families!
Oh yeah, we also homeschool all four of our kids!
